Taylor Black (she/her) is a bold and creative innovation leader, change maker and fierce advocate for women and queer communities.

When she’s not supporting clients or investing in early stage start ups through her studio, she is lecturing postgraduate design and strategy courses at RMIT Online’s School of Design to give back to the design community. She is also CEO and Editor in Chief of Reflections With, a digital magazine telling women’s stories through written and visual form.

Taylor’s technical background is a blend of service design, venture building, research and engineering - all with a steady focus on innovating by deeply understanding the problem space and creating safe to fail environments.
